53. Heart Attack Survivor. International Bodybuilder. All In.
Training out of Muscle Factory, Pattaya. 7 weeks to stage. No plan B.
At 33 years old, I weighed 340 pounds and was rushed to the hospital at 3 AM with a heart attack. I spent 17 days in that hospital bed making a deal with God. When I walked out, I met my mentor Ray — the man who trained Mike Tyson and sponsored Ronnie Coleman. He gave me the blueprint. Nine months later, I’d lost 90 pounds. I discovered that if I could control my mind, I could control my body.

I went on to compete — Johnny Jackson Classic, West Texas State, Master’s Singapore Nationals where I won in 2019. I lived in Dubai working as a close protection officer and personal trainer. I competed in the Dubai Muscle Show. But I never felt like the real champ — I didn’t have a throne, didn’t have a crown.
I sacrificed my marriage of 11 years for bodybuilding. Lost my stepson Jordan to juvenile diabetes at 33. Built and lost multiple businesses. Got evacuated from the UAE when the Iran conflict escalated. Landed in Pattaya, Thailand with nothing but my savings and my obsession.
Then I found Tony Huge's videos and everything changed. His knowledge of bodybuilding, peptides, and what he calls miracle molecules was years ahead of anyone else. I flew to Thailand, walked into Muscle Factory, and realized dozens of other athletes had done the same thing. This is my final shot.

The keys are progressive overload, adequate protein (1g per pound of bodyweight), proper recovery, and consistency. Age slows things down but does not stop them.
